Join other moms-to-be and those recently delivered to chat, debrief, share experiences, and offer encouragement and practical guidance in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Each gathering blends open conversation with short, evidence-informed tips on pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and emotional well-being. Come for connection, stay for community: bring your questions, your stories, and enjoy an open tea bar.
This weekly gathering is a free, community-building event. A donation jar will be available to offer birth support and education for families who cannot afford it.
